E-Government

You will practice handling your government affairs online.
The government offers more and more services digitally. This includes scheduling appointments with the municipality, applying for rent and healthcare benefits, and accessing health insurance. It's convenient, but for many people, it's also challenging. In the "Working with E-Government" course, you will learn how to navigate government websites and gain experience using your DigiD.

Scheduling appointments, picking up prescriptions, hospital admissions, viewing package inserts; everything is becoming increasingly digital.
General practitioners and healthcare workers notice that with a little extra explanation, many more people can take this digital step.

All lessons take place in a friendly atmosphere and include coffee/tea (€0.50).
If you prefer to work on your own laptop/tablet, you're welcome to bring it along.
